Northampton Saints Foundation has released its 2024/2025 Impact & Social Value Report, highlighting the scale and depth of its work across the community. During the academic year, the Foundation generated £3.9 million in social value, delivering a return of £3.57 for every £1 spent, with figures adjusted to remove exceptional and capital costs.

The report marks the conclusion of the Foundation’s three-year strategy and outlines progress across education, mental health, social inclusion and crime prevention. Over the year, the Foundation worked with 58 education settings, supported 6,744 participants, and delivered 37,357 hours of activity, creating measurable, long-term impact.

Building on the 145-year legacy of Northampton Saints Rugby Football Club, the Foundation continues to use the power and values of rugby to empower young people and strengthen communities. CEO Jordan Letts said the report reflects “real people and real progress,” made possible by the support of volunteers, partners and funders.
