Each two-hour session is delivered by specialist health and wellbeing staff and includes warm-ups, adapted physical activities, walking football, pickle ball, badminton and table tennis followed by structured social time. Activities are designed to support balance, coordination and mobility, while accommodating a range of abilities. The programme aims to increase physical activity, support symptom management and improve mental wellbeing. It also provides opportunities for peer interaction, helping to reduce social isolation and build support networks for people living with Parkinson’s and other Neurological Conditions.

The MFC Foundation Neuro Activity Sessions Programme runs on a weekly basis and is accessible through an open sign-up process. The programme is free for participants and has a safeguarding policy in place to support participant safety and wellbeing. While participant feedback has not been provided, the programme includes accessibility considerations through coaches receiving specialist training focused on neurological conditions via the EFL prior to programme delivery.
